Viktoria Kaviazina is a dynamic and accomplished professional whose career bridges the fields of education and business. As a Business Consultant and Corporate Trainer, Viktoria designs and leads professional development initiatives, facilitates transformative learning experiences, and mentors emerging leaders. Her work is rooted in real-world application and a commitment to continuous growth—both for individuals and organizations.

Her leadership extends beyond the classroom. Viktoria actively contributes to community and institutional development through educational outreach and workforce training across government, public, and private sectors.
