Specific Requirements & Process
Canadian College of Business, Health and Arts Inc. is committed to adhering to the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005 and the associated Ontario Regulation 415/06. As a registered career college, we ensure that our admission processes align with the regulatory requirements set forth by the province of Ontario.
Each program at CCBHA has specific admission requirements that applicants must meet. To demonstrate qualifications for your preferred program, you will be required to submit supporting documents, including but not limited to certificates and transcripts.
We recommend submitting as many of the required documents as possible when you start your application. While you can proceed with your application without all documentation, please note that acceptance into the program will be contingent upon the submission of all required documents.

Supporting documents
All applicants, even post-secondary graduates, need to send their official high school transcript.
If you attended a post-secondary institution after high school, we need both your high school transcript and your post-secondary transcript.
-
Entry into many of our programs is competitive and your post-secondary marks can strengthen your application.
-
If you did not graduate from high school and have a GED, send us a copy.
-
Even if you graduated a while ago, we still need your high school transcript.
-
If you cannot obtain it, let us know and we can discuss your options.
-
If you studied at college or university, you must submit your post-secondary transcript.

Resume & Language Requirements
Your résumé should provide a comprehensive overview of your work and volunteer experience, any awards or honors you have received, sports you have participated in, and your hobbies.
At CCBHA College, all programs are conducted in English. If English is not your first language, you will be required to demonstrate proficiency in English, irrespective of your birthplace or citizenship status.
Certain programs may have additional requirements, such as certificates, criminal record checks, or valid driver's license.
Please review the admission requirements for your specific program to determine if you need to provide any additional documents.
Ensure that you send photocopies or scanned versions of these documents, and please refrain from sending original copies.
