Neetesh Bakshi

Neetesh Bakshi is a respected professor, educational innovator, and hospitality expert with extensive experience in post-secondary teaching and interdisciplinary research. He has taught at prominent institutions including ILAC College, Fanshawe College (Canada), and the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), India, where he has delivered comprehensive instruction in sustainable tourism, hotel operations, customer service, and risk management.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Hospitality and Tourism, focusing on how green practices influence guest satisfaction and willingness to pay in five-star hotels in the Delhi NCR region. His research bridges service quality with environmental responsibility in the hospitality sector.
